Dato’ Hajjah Zurainah has more than 25 years of experience in the field of Human Resource Management and Development as well as Human Relationship Management. Her experience includes inter-alia, the designing, developing, managing, organising and conducting training programs, seminars and courses as well as the provision of consulting services relating to the various aspects of Human Resource Development and Management for organisations in Malaysia, Australia, United States of America, Indonesia and the Middle East.
