Listed on Bursa Malaysia Berhad since 2007, Boustead Heavy Industries Corporation Berhad (BHIC) is one of the leading defense contractors in Malaysia, with a primary focus on the marine, aerospace and weapons and combat systems sectors. BHIC ended the 2022 financial year with a market capitalisation of RM103.1 million, total assets of RM484.9 million and shareholders’ funds amounting to RM60.7 million.

BHIC is a subsidiary of Boustead Holdings Berhad, a publicly-listed conglomerate under the Armed Forces Funds Board (Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera).

BHIC Submarine Engineering Services Sdn Bhd provides In-Service Support and Refit services to RMN’s Prime Minister Class Scorpene submarines, and yard operations and maintenance support services.

BHIC AeroServices Sdn Bhd undertakes MRO of Government owned helicopters at its facility in Subang Aeropolis, Selangor.

BHIC Defence Techservices Sdn Bhd provides maintenance of arsenal, missiles and other defence related products.

BHIC Bofors Asia Sdn Bhd provides integrated logistics support services for Bofors weapons system.

Contraves Advanced Devices Sdn Bhd specializes in manufacturing of electronic products.

Airbus Helicopters Simulation Center Sdn Bhd operates a flight training center with simulator and offers aviation training programs at its center in Subang Aeropolis, Selangor.
