With reference to our announcement on 23 June 2020 in relation to the litigation involving BHB and its subsidiaries Bakti Wira and Cebur Megah. The Company wishes to inform that the High Court had on 9 July 2020 dismissed the Plaintiff’s application for interim injunction. The Court also allowed Cebur Megah’s application to strike out the Plaintiff’s suit with cost of RM25,000.00 to Cebur Megah. The Court further fixed 26 August 2020 for hearing of all of the Defendants (except Cebur Megah) striking out applications. We will make further announcements on the development of this case.
