We refer to our announcement on 19 October 2018 in relation to the litigation involving BHB and its subsidiary Bakti Wira.
The Company wishes to announce that the High Court on 17 July 2020 allowed BHB and Bakti Wira’s application to strike out the Plaintiff’s suit with costs of RM15,000.00. BHB and Bakti Wira are the Third and Fourth Defendants respectively in this suit. The First and Second Defendants’ (Dato’ Seri Najib Bin Tun Abdul Razak and Datin Paduka Seri Rosmah Mansor) application to strike out the suit was also allowed by the High Court with costs of RM15,000.00.
