We refer to our announcements on 23 June 2020 and 10 July 2020 in relation to the litigation involving BHB and its subsidiaries Bakti Wira and Cebur Megah.
The Company wishes to inform that the High Court had today allowed BHB’s and Bakti Wira’s applications to strike out the Plaintiff’s suit with cost of RM50,000.00. BHB and Bakti Wira are the First and Second Defendants respectively in this suit. The Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Defendants’ applications to strike out the suit were also allowed by the High Court with costs. The Third Defendant’s application to strike out the suit was earlier allowed by the Court on 9 July 2020.
