Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 23 December 2020.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company had on 28 December 2020 filed Notices of Discontinuance at the Kuala Lumpur High Court in respect of all six (6) defendants. The Company has also informed the Court at the case management on 30 December 2020 that the Suit has been settled out of Court. Accordingly, the Writ has been struck off with no order as to costs and no liberty to file afresh.
