Reference is made to our earlier announcement dated 13 January 2022 in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) entered into between BHB and Accubits Technologies FZ LLE (Accubits).
Pursuant to Paragraph 9.29 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, we wish to inform that as at to date, the parties are still in discussion and there is no material development since the last announcement.
The Company shall make further announcements as and when there are further material developments in relation to the MOU.
