In accordance with paragraph 3.06 of the Rules on Take-overs, Mergers and Compulsory Acquisitions issued by the Securities Commission Malaysia, the Board (other than the interest Directors) wishes to announce that Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad has been appointed as the Independent Adviser to provide comments, opinions, information and recommendation on the Offer to the non-interested Directors and holders of the Offer Shares.
