The SC had, via its letter dated 21 March 2023, approved the application for extension of time to comply with the timing requirements under subparagraphs 11.01(1)(b), 11.03(1) and 11.04(1) of the Rules on Take-overs, Mergers and Compulsory Acquisitions for the Independent Advice Circular to be submitted to the SC for comment by 5 April 2023 and to be despatched by 17 April 2023.
