Fahmy Ismail, 48, is the Group Chief Financial Officer of Boustead Holdings Berhad (BHB). His career, spanning over two decades, began in 1999 as a management trainee with the Renong Group, where he held various finance roles, including Assistant Manager of Corporate Finance at SapuraCrest Petroleum Berhad. In 2006, he joined BHB as Manager of the Corporate Planning Department. He later served as CEO of Boustead REIT Managers Sdn Bhd in 2009, CEO of Boustead Plantations Berhad from 2014 to May 2018, and Chief Operating Officer of BHB from January 2019 to July 2020. From 2017 to February 2023, he was the Group Finance Director of BHB, before being redesignated as Group Chief Financial Officer effective 1 March 2023. Fahmy holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Sydney, is a Certified Practicing Accountant with CPA Australia, and a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He also serves on the boards of Boustead Heavy Industries Corporation Berhad, Boustead Properties Berhad, and MHS Aviation Berhad.
Datuk Azni Hasan Basri, 59, is the Group Chief People Officer at Boustead Holdings Berhad (BHB), overseeing Group Human Capital Management. With a distinguished career spanning over three decades, she began as a Senior Executive in Human Resources and Administration at Projek Lebuhraya Utara Selatan Berhad from 1990 to 1993. She then served as Head of Training & IR at Johnson & Johnson Medical Manufacturing Sdn Bhd from 1993 to 1994, followed by a role as Human Resource Manager at City Television Sdn Bhd from 1994 to 1998. From 2000 to 2005, she was the Human Resource Manager at Asia Pacific Auction Centre Sdn Bhd. She then advanced to Senior Vice President of Human Capital at Malaysian Biotechnology Corporation Sdn Bhd from 2005 to 2012, and held a similar position at Perbadanan PR1MA Malaysia (PR1MA) from 2012 to 2019. Since 1 December 2021, she has been the Group Chief People Officer at BHB. Datuk Azni holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Missouri, United States of America.
Mohd Zaidi Zainol Rashid, 53, is the Head of Group Legal & Compliance at Boustead Holdings Berhad (BHB). With over two decades of legal experience, he began his career as a Legal Executive at Percon Corporation Sdn Bhd (Permodalan Nasional Berhad Group) from 1998 to 2000. He then served as an Officer in the Listing Division at the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (now known as Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad) from 2000 to 2004. In 2009, he joined BHB as Manager of Legal Services and was promoted to Head of Group Legal & Compliance in 2013, a position he has held since. Mohd Zaidi holds an LLB Degree from the International Islamic University Malaysia and has been an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya since 1996.
Premila Rajaratnam, 43, is the Head of Group Internal Audit & Risk Management at Boustead Holdings Berhad (BHB). With extensive experience in internal audit, risk management, and finance, she began her career at KPMG Malaysia as a Manager in Internal Audit, Risk & Compliance Services from 2004 to 2010. She then served as Finance Manager at Boustead Engineering Sdn Bhd from 2010 to 2011, followed by a role as Financial Controller at MHS Aviation Berhad from 2011 to 2015. From 2016 to 2021, she was the Deputy General Manager (Finance) at Pharmaniaga Berhad (Manufacturing). Since 1 August 2021, she has been leading Group Internal Audit and Risk Management at BHB. Premila is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
Rosman Johar Abdullah, 50, is the Head of Group Integrity & Governance at Boustead Holdings Berhad (BHB). With a solid background in integrity, governance, and internal audit, his career began in 1997 as a Certified Insurance Loss Adjuster with various local and international firms until 2010. He then joined Telekom Malaysia Berhad (Telekom), where he served in several roles, including Assistant Manager, Manager, and Assistant General Manager in Special Affairs/Group Internal Audit from 2010 to 2017. From 2017 to 2019, he was the Head of Fraud Management/Group Business Assurance at Telekom, followed by his role as Head of Group Integrity & Governance from 2019 to 2021. Since 1 October 2021, he has been leading Group Integrity & Governance at BHB. Rosman holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Universiti Putra Malaysia and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) in Finance from Universiti Utara Malaysia. He is also a Certified Integrity Officer (Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission) and a Certified Insurance Loss Adjuster (Malaysian Insurance Institute).
Fakril Zamani Mahmud, 50, is the Head of Group Strategy at Boustead Holdings Berhad (BHB). He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Universiti Utara Malaysia, an MBA in Finance from Universiti Putra Malaysia, and is a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. With over 25 years of experience, Fakril began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and later held senior roles at Perbadanan Nasional Berhad, Malaysian Biotechnology Corporation, and Felda Global Ventures. He served as General Manager of Corporate Planning at BHB (2013-2021) before taking leadership positions at LGM Properties Corporation and the Malaysian Palm Oil Council, returning to BHB in 2024 as Head of Group Strategy.
