IZADDEEN DAUD

Group Chief Executive Officer

Izaddeen Daud, 56, is the Group Chief Executive Officer of Boustead Holdings Berhad (BHB). With a robust career spanning over three decades, he has held key positions such as Auditor at Ernst & Young in 1991, Senior Officer at Oriental Bank Berhad in 1992, CEO of ASM Investment Services Berhad from 2007 to 2008, and Executive Chairman of E&E Gas Sdn Bhd from 2013 to January 2021. Since December 2022, he has been serving as the Group Chief Executive Officer of BHB. Izaddeen is a Certified Financial Planner with the Financial Planning Association of Malaysia and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Public Accountants, Australia. He holds a B.Sc (Hons) in Accounting and Law from De Montfort University, Leicester, United Kingdom.

FAHMY ISMAIL

Group Chief Financial Officer, Group Finance & Administration

Fahmy Ismail, 48, is the Group Chief Financial Officer of Boustead Holdings Berhad (BHB). His career, spanning over two decades, began in 1999 as a management trainee with the Renong Group, where he held various finance roles, including Assistant Manager of Corporate Finance at SapuraCrest Petroleum Berhad. In 2006, he joined BHB as Manager of the Corporate Planning Department. He later served as CEO of Boustead REIT Managers Sdn Bhd in 2009, CEO of Boustead Plantations Berhad from 2014 to May 2018, and Chief Operating Officer of BHB from January 2019 to July 2020. From 2017 to February 2023, he was the Group Finance Director of BHB, before being redesignated as Group Chief Financial Officer effective 1 March 2023. Fahmy holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Sydney, is a Certified Practicing Accountant with CPA Australia, and a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He also serves on the boards of Boustead Heavy Industries Corporation Berhad, Boustead Properties Berhad, and MHS Aviation Berhad.

Khairul Azizi Ismail, 52, is the Divisional Director of the Property & Industrial Division at Boustead Holdings Berhad and CEO of Boustead Properties Berhad. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance) from Western Michigan University, USA, and brings over 30 years of experience. He began his career at Affin Bank and held key roles at Arab-Malaysian Bank, Damansara Realty Berhad, and PNB. He later served as Group General Manager at Tradewinds Corporation Berhad and CEO of MARA Incorporated. Before joining Boustead in 2022, he was Managing Director at Vintage Capital Sdn Bhd.

Sharifuddin Md Zaini Al-Manaf, 51, is the Divisional Director of the Trading, Finance & Investment Division at Boustead Holdings Berhad and Executive Director of MHS Aviation Berhad. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Aeronautical Engineering from Imperial College London, UK. With over 20 years of experience, he has held key roles in Shell, Petrofield (M) Sdn Bhd, and Petrolink Energy Services Sdn Bhd. He was CEO of Orkim Sdn Bhd (2016-2020) and Boustead Heavy Industries Corporation Berhad (2020-2023) before taking on his current role in April 2023.
